Painter, 1951 Unterneuberg near Pöllau (Austria)

1966-70, trains as book and offset printer in Graz. 1980-82, pupil of the painting master class under Rogler and Osterider at the State Technical College. From 1985, works independently. Engelbert Rieger’s works show nudes, still life and landscape paintings. 1987, study trips to Russia and China. Takes part in numerous exhibitions in Austria and abroad.
